Consistency Indices in Analytic Hierarchy Process: A Review

A well-regarded as well powerful method named the ‘analytic hierarchy process’ (AHP) uses mathematics and psychology for making analysing complex decisions. This article aims to present a brief review of consistency measure judgments in AHP. Judgments should not be random or illogical. Several researchers have developed different measures identify rationality judgments. summarises which been proposed so far literature. Moreover, this paper describes briefly functional relationships established literature among well-known indices. At last, some thoughtful research directions that can helpful further develop improve performance AHP are provided well.
